Dr. Owens has provided excellent vision care for our patients at Joslin Family Eyecare for the past three years. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree with Honors from the University of Florida and then attended Optometry school where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and West Florida Optometric Association. When not working, you will find him contributing to the local community through rotary club.
